Pricing
Pricing is $185 a square foot.
As an example a 16' long x 7.5' wide caravan such as the Sandpiper would be $22,200 cdn (16x7.5=120 sq/ft or 22,200). Most regular caravans we build are a width of 7.5' on the floor and flare out to 8.5' at the eaves. We can build them out to 10' wide total as it usually only requires an inexpensive permit to take the caravan onto a public road.

If you are interested in different materials, furnishing styles or layouts than the ones shown I`d be happy to discuss other options with you.
Unfurnished
We can also build an unfurnished version upon request.
Cost of transport of your caravan is not included but we are willing to help with the arrangements for you.
Commission cost includes the custom design of your caravan.
To place an order I require a deposit of 1/3 of the caravan’s price to hold your place, 1/3 when the project begins and the final third plus tax(if applicable )upon completion.
